Not today, my clever political cartoonist. Not today.
Earlier this morning I made a conscious decision to take a break from politics after having a pleasant weekend consisting of a horror movie marathon and lots of porn at the Gay Erotic Expo. I decided that I can't read any more he said/she said rhetoric or those confusing "Yes on Prop 8" ads that state gay marriage will raise taxes and destroy Jupiter somehow. Unfortunately this decision is not made easy by that fact that political discussions are everywhere these days. Every blog I read, every conversation I fall into, ever youtube clip I link to, contains some type of partisan slant. I'm going to stick to my guns like the NRA advises and keep out of political chat today, you betcha.
